Genevieve White, 74, of Tackett Creek Road, Williamsburg, passed away on Sunday, December 31, 2017 at the Jellico Community Hospital in Jellico.

She was born on October 10, 1943 in Williamsburg, to the late Ora Satterfield and Sally (Swain) Satterfield.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, William White and a granddaughter, Rebecca Lynn White.

She is survived by four daughters, Mary Ann Shelton (Leo) of Williamsburg, Anna Mae Anderson (James) of Williamsburg, Patricia Brummett (Emanuel) of Williamsburg and  Brenda Vogel of Williamsburg; three sons, Terry White (Linda) of Corbin, William Edward White (Linda Jones) of Williamsburg and Michael White of Lexington; 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Dallas Bray of Williamsburg; brother, Oscar Satterfield of Williamsburg; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.

The funeral service was held Thursday, January 4, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Dallas Redman and Rev. Billy Carpenter officiating.

Following the service she was laid to rest in the Reeds Cemetery at Mt. Ash.
