Glenna Mae Woods, 80, of Highway 779, Rockholds, departed this life on Tuesday, May 21, 2019 at Baptist Health in Corbin.

She was born on June 23, 1938 in Whitley County, to the late Neal and Maude (Smith) Lawson.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husbands, Windel Hall and Billy Ray Woods.
Glenna owned and operated Woods Hair Care for over 20 years. She also cared for special need adults for many years.

She is survived by her son, Glen Hall (Melinda) of Williamsburg; grandchildren, Tristan Hall and Glen Ray Hall II (Kelsey); three brothers, Russell Lawson (Betty) of Emlyn, Ray Lawson of Williamsburg and Phillip Lawson (Rosemary) of Emlyn; two sisters, Helen Goins of Corbin and Peggy Wilson of Williamsburg; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.

The funeral service was held Friday, May 24, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gerald Mullins and Rev. Ralph Jones officiating.

She was laid to rest following a graveside service on Saturday, May 25, at the Siler Cemetery on Highway 904.
