Grand jury indicts 12 people for engaging in organized crime

A Whitley County Grand Jury indicted 12 people Monday morning in connection with a pair of separate engaging in organized crime schemes that allegedly involved attempts to smuggle drugs into the Whitley County Detention Center over a four-month period.
