Cell phone service provider Bluegrass Cellular is sponsoring the Southeast Kentucky Home and Garden Show, which will be held at the The Arena at the David L. Williams Southeast Kentucky Agriculture and Exposition Center in Corbin May 8 and 9.
The event is the first of its kind to be held at The Arena. It will feature gardening demostrations by master gardener J. Gary Pickett, southern cooking demonstrations, live music, exhibits and free antique appraising by expert appraiser Carol Wambles.
Admission to the show is $6 for the general public. Event hours will be from 4:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Friday, May 8, and 9:00 a.m. until 9:000 p.m. Saturday May, 9. Anyone interested in exhibit space is encouraged to call 606-864-3843 or 606-682-1571.
