Ilene Gibbs Hart, 89, passed away peacefully Tuesday, February 20, 2018, at her home in Corbin, KY.
Born December 14, 1928, she was the 8th child of the late James Franklin and Paris Martin Gibbs.
In addition to her father and mother, she was preceded in death by her husband of 70 years, Homer O. Hart.
From her nurturing love, she is survived by two children: Jennifer Wilson (Roger Wilson) of Lexington and Jack Hart of Corbin; nine grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild. She will be greatly missed.
Funeral services were held Saturday, February 24, in the Hart Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor James Hodge officiating.
Burial followed in Corinth Cemetery.
