Illinois duo arrested in southern Laurel Co. in connection to alleged kidnapping effort

Laurel County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a pair of Peoria Heights, Illinois men in connection with an alleged effort to kidnap a 17-year-old Laurel County girl early Saturday morning.
