Indiana man allegedly chokes victim then burned her clothes

Whitley County Sheriff’s deputies and Williamsburg Police arrested an Indiana man who allegedly choked and hit a woman before burning her clothing Thursday night after finding him back at the scene later that night drinking beer and charging his phone.
