IRS: Corbin hypnotist and author owes almost $1 million in back income taxes

The Internal Revenue Service has filed paperwork in U.S. District Court in London claiming that a Corbin man owes almost $1 million and seeking a judgment to collect the taxes along with interest and penalties.
