Isham Ewell Lawson, 64, of Burke Hollow Rd, Williamsburg, passed away Friday, October 26, 2018 at his home.

He was born April 4, 1954 in Jellico, TN, to the late D.C. Lawson and the late Dora Lawson.

Along with his parents he is preceded in death by two brothers, Terry Wayne Lawson and Neal Lawson.

He is survived by his wife Nancy Lawson of Williamsburg, six children, Dora Lawson of Williamsburg, Elvis Lawson (Sally) of Williamsburg, Carolyn Lawson Davis (Adam) of Gulfport, MS, Terry Lawson (Beverly) of Williamsburg, Adrienne Lawson of Williamsburg, Amy Petrey (Cody) of Williamsburg, 15 grandchildren, seven sisters, Carolyn Rickett of Williamsburg, Deanna Stephens (Larry) of Jellico, TN, Cathy Powers (David) of Williamsburg, Molly Partin (Michael) of Williamsburg, Thelma Lawson Foley (Arthur) of Williamsburg, Connie Lambdin, (David) of Williamsburg, Stacy Lawson of Williamsburg; four brothers, Ledford Lawson of Williamsburg, Rick Lawson (Becky) of Williamsburg, David Lawson (Penny) of Dalton, GA, several nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends to mourn his passing.

Funeral services were held Monday, October 29, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ronnie Rose officiating.

Following the service he will be laid to rest in the D.C. Lawson Cemetery on Mud Creek.
