Jack Lewis Clark, 76, of Hwy 779, Rockholds, passed away on Monday, April 18, 2016 at Baptist Health in Corbin.
The funeral service was held Friday, April 22, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ralph Jones and Rev. David Aker officiating.
He was laid to rest in the Barbourville City Cemetery, Barbourville, Kentucky.
