Jailer candidates explain why they are seeking office

Seven candidates have, officially, filed to run in the May 17 race for Whitley County Jailer. The News Journal contacted each of the candidates to give them an opportunity to introduce themselves to the community and to answer the question, “Why are you running for jailer?
