Joel T. Barnhill, 76, of Williamsburg, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2019 at Jellico Medical Center in Jellico, TN.
He was born May 29, 1942 in Whitley County, to the late Samuel Henderson and Flora Irene Collier Barnhill.
Along with his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters; Geneva Powell and Brenda Rains; three brothers, Lee Barnhill, Noble Barnhill, and Maurice Barnhill.
He is survived by daughter, Gwendolyn Powers (Johnny) of Dayton, OH: two brothers, Oren Wade Barnhill (Linda) of Somerset, Ronnie Ray Collier Sr. (Mary) of Emlyn, and several nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends to mourn his passing.
The funeral service will be held Wednesday, April 3, at Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Raymond Parks officiating.
Interment will be in the Hamblin Cemetery.
