John Arnold Young

John Arnold Young, age 82, of Corbin, Kentucky departed this life on Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Baptist Health in Corbin.
He was born to the late Arthur Young and Ada Mae (Gray) Young on June 25, 1940 in Whitley County. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Louise (Scarborough) Young.
He is survived by his three children, Robert Eugene Young of Corbin, Kentucky, Tammy Louise McFerron (Jason) of London, Kentucky, and William Arthur Young (Stephania) of Corbin, Kentucky; eight grandchildren, William Young, Katherene Young, James Ridener, Tonya Wood, Johnny Young, Christopher Young, Travis Young, and Justin Young; four great-grandchildren, Willow Young, Zayden Sulfridge, Jesse Ridener, and Julie Ridener; as well as his sister, Faye Delaney of Dayton, Ohio; several nieces, nephews, and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
Visitation will be 6:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 23, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, July 24, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bob Goodin and Rev. Earl Tye officiating.
He will be laid to rest in the Youngs Chapel Cemetery.
