Jordan Xavier Carr, 18, of Main Street, Williamsburg, passed away Tuesday, Sep-tember 6, 2016 in Rockholds.
He was born on August 13, 1998 in Dayton, OH to Anthony J. Carr and Jami and Aaron Cooke.
He was preceded in death by his best friend, Cody Stevens; grandmother, Lani Huecker; grandfather, Rick Barrett and great-grandmother, Helen Parks.
He is survived by his mother, Jami Cook of Williamsburg; dad, Timothy Aaron Cook of Williamsburg; father, Anthony J. Carr of Fairborn, OH; three brothers, Peyton Titus of Dayton, OH, and Alexander Cook and Ambrose Cook of Williamsburg; grandparents, Brenda Kay Alsip (Jim) of Williamsburg, Mike Eldredge (Columbia) of Oklahoma and Tim Cook (Melody) of Sarasota, Florida; great-grandfather, Rev. Gerald Parks of West Chester, OH; aunts, Mandi Barrett of Dayton, OH, Susan Paige of Zenia, OH and Cindy Petrey of Williamsburg; uncles, Adam Cook (Sara) of Cincinnati, OH and Braxton Cope II of Williamsburg; girlfriend, Kaitlyn Wilson of Corbin; best friend, Tasha LeAnn of Grayson; and host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
Memorial services were held Monday, September 12, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gerald Parks and Mason Paul officiating.
