Joyce Hughes Davis, 63, of Corbin, passed away on Friday, March 26, 2021, at her home.
Born in Knox County, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late Dallas and Icie Hughes. Joyce served as a minister alongside her husband, Pastor Harvey Davis, at the Knox Christian Center.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by the love of her life Pastor Harvey L. Davis; and two brothers, Mike Hughes, and Glen Hughes.
She is survived by two sons, Samuel Davis, and Michael Davis; granddaughter, Taylor Davis; twin sister, June Skeeter Hughes; and sisters, Polly Dugger and Phyllis Patterson.
Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 PM, Thursday, April 1, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Jim Cook officiating. Burial will follow in Terrell Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00-9:00 PM, Wednesday, March 31 at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
