Judge denies reimbursements for Hall, but says two indictments were ‘retaliation’ for not taking plea deal

A special judge has denied a request from a now former Corbin man, who wanted Whitley County to reimburse him $13,338.91 in jail housing fees and expenses related to his incarceration on charges which were later mostly dismissed.
