Jury selection underway in capital murder trial

The second trial of a man accused of triple homicide and fetal homicide started Tuesday morning in Whitley Circuit Court.

Paul Brock is charged with three counts of capital murder and fetal homicide. Prosecutors are seeking the death penalty.
