Keavy man pleads guilty to 2020 murder

A Keavy man has pleaded guilty to a December 2020 murder in exchange for an agreement from prosecutors.

Robert Brandon Gray, 41, appeared in Laurel Circuit Court for a jury trial last Tuesday, where he entered his plea just as jurors were being seated to hear the case. According to the Laurel County Circuit Court Clerk’s Office, Gray pleaded guilty to murder with a recommended sentence of 25 years, as part of the agreement.
