Kenneth Owens, 84, of Cemetery Road, Williamsburg, departed this life on Sunday, October 29, 2017 at his home.
He was born on May 29, 1933 in Whitley County, to the late David Arthur Owens and Dorothy (Phillips) Owens.
Kenny was a veteran of the United States Army.
In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Imogene Owens; a sister, Geneva Rains and brothers, John Owens and Paul Owens.
He is survived by his daughter, Virginia Lynn Kitchen of Loveland, OH; grandson, Brian Michael Kitchen of Loveland, OH; brother, Arnold Owens of Williamsburg; and a host of other family and friends to mourn his passing.
Visitation is from 5 p.m. until the funeral hour on Saturday, November 4, at Croley Funeral Home.
The funeral service is at 7 p.m. Saturday, November 4, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ewell “Jamup” Lawson officiating.
He will be laid to rest following a graveside service at 10 a.m. Sunday, November 5, in the Croley Addition of Highland Park Cemetery.
