Kenny Edward Mabe, 54, passed away on Tuesday, August 30, 2016 at Baptist Health Corbin.
Born in Corbin, he was the son of the late Luther Mabe and Francena Mills Mabe who survives. In addition to his father, Kenny was preceded in death by brother Ernie Ray Mabe; and grandparents Belle and Bert Engle, Cecil Mills, and Dorothy and Bill Mabe.
He is survived by his wife Connie Brumley Mabe; two children Mary Amanda Bowling (Daniel) of Indianapolis and Lauryessa Franchescka Douglas (David) of Corbin; mother Francena Mabe; grandchildren Anakin Reed Keith Fuson and Vaughn Adriauna Frances Fuson; sister Laura Mabe; nieces Angela Bruner (Travis) and Brittany Mabe (Henry); great-nephews Camden and Taten and great-nieces Sharae and Bristol; numerous aunts, uncles, family and friends including best friend and cousin Billy Ray Mabe, all who mourn his passing.
Funeral services were held Sunday, September 4, at Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home.
Burial was in the Engine Cemetery in Manchester, KY.
