Knoxville man accused of pouring fuel on girlfriend and flicking lighter before contacting her for a ride the next day

A Knoxville man remains incarcerated in the Whitley County Detention Center after allegedly pouring a gas and oil mixture on his girlfriend and then flicking a lighter, according to an arrest citation and Williamsburg police.
