KSP Trooper chases truck in his police cruiser, then on foot

A Williamsburg man is still being held in the Whitley County Detention Center after being arrested early Thursday morning on 18 charges ranging from operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol/drugs and first-degree fleeing or evading police to improper display of registration plates and rubber on vehicle tire being less than one inch thick.
