Laurel Co. Grand Jury issues no criminal indictment in Harless’ killing

A Laurel County Grand Jury issued no true bill or no indictment Friday in connection with the Dec. 23, 2024, killing of Doug Harless by a London police officer as the department was apparently trying to execute a search warrant at the wrong home in Lily.
