Laurel County deputies searching for missing north Corbin teen

Laurel County Sheriff’s deputies are asking for the public’s help to locate a north Corbin teen who has been missing since Thursday night.

Deputies said 14-year-old Destiny Gonzalez was last seen on Cherry Ave. off, which runs between West Cumberland Gap Pkwy. and U.S. 25W, at approximately 10:15 p.m.

Gonzalez is 5’2”, 140 pounds, with brown below shoulder length hair.

She was wearing a pink T-shirt, gray sweatshirt, dark gray sweatpants and carrying a pink duffle bag.

Anyone with information about Gonzalez’s whereabouts is asked to contact the sheriff’s office at 864-6600 or 878-7000.
