On July 8, 2017, Courtney Lawson and Dalton Shackleford exchanged wedding vows at the Whippoorwill Pentecostal Church located in Bee Creek, with Michael Lee performing the ceremony.
Courtney is the daughter of Charles Lee Lawson and Norma Jean Rains Lawson, both from Williamsburg. She is the granddaughter of Kenneth and Betty Lawson, of Williamsburg and Francis and Arthur Barton Rains, also of Williamsburg. She is currently employed at IGA in Williamsburg.
Dalton is the son of Steven Warren Shackleford from Harlan and Rachael Renee Mills Shackleford from Williamsburg. He is the grandson of David and Freda Shackleford of Harlan, and Bill Mills and Sylvia Lee of Williamsburg. Dalton is employed at Wal-Mart in Williamsburg.
The couple continues to reside in Williamsburg.
