Lay-Ups and Literacy…

Recently members of the Whitley County Colonel and Lady Colonels basketball teams visited Oak Grove Elementary to read to students.

The Oak Grove Save the Children literacy program and Save the Children’s community engagement program worked together to provide books about tolerance to the children.

Readers were Brayden Mahan, Jackson Petrey, Dre Ellis, Ashton Reynolds, Maddy Richardson and Michaela Barton.
