NOTICE:

The Housing Authority of Corbin is seeking sealed and unsealed contractor bids, depending on availability of funding and projected cost of the project. The potential work items may include concrete/blacktop, cleaning services, mulch, windows, handrails, pressure washing, stone/rock, plumbing, pest control, air conditioning/heating services, and lawn care. You may leave your contact information: For Tiffany- at Corbin Housing Office 1336 Madison Street, Corbin, KY by noon, November 17th, 2025 then reviews begin. Request to sign the contractor list when dropping information and/or picking up a bid sheet. Some procurement may be delayed or cancelled depending on current Federal governmental cutbacks/budget. Directions will be included in the bid sheets if applicable.

 

NOTICE:

Pursuant to KRS Chapter 100, the Planning & Zoning Board of Corbin, Kentucky will hold a public hearing on Thursday, November 20, 2025, at the hour of 4:00 P.M. in the Government Complex Building’s Courtroom, Room 202, Second Floor, 805 South Main Street, Corbin, Kentucky 40701, concerning a request by the following:

A request for a subdivision of lots for construction by Baymount Homes Inc.

The Hearing is held, and Notice is given in accordance with the Kentucky Revised Statutes, Chapter 100, and the Corbin Zoning Ordinance.

Any interested party may attend the Hearing regarding the above request.
