PROPERTY TAX NOTICE
The Whitley County Sheriff’s Department will temporarily stop collecting Property Taxes on December 21st (2022). This will be due to the transition between the Outgoing Sheriff Danny Moses and Incoming Sheriff-Elect William Elliotte. The new administration will start collecting taxes on January 9th (2023). This is a reminder that we will be accepting the face value rate on property taxes until December 21st and the last day it will be accepted is January 9th.
