The Southern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, dba 2025 NIBROC Festival, hereby declares its intention(s) to apply for a special temporary liquor license no later than July 18, 2025. The licensed premises will be located at Sanders Park, 201 S. Main Street, Corbin, Kentucky, 40701. The owner of the property is the Corbin Tourism and Convention Commission, Emily Roberts, Interim Director. Any person, association, corporation, or body politic may protest the granting of the license(s) by writing the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control, 500 Mero Street 2NE33, Frankfort, Kentucky, 40601, within thirty (30) days of the date of legal publication.

In accordance with KRS 350.055, notice is hereby given that Blue Gem Holdings, LLC, 799 Ky 1527, Gray, Kentucky 40734, has applied for renewal of permit 918-0516, located 0.35 miles east of Woodbine in Knox County. The operation will disturb 135.12 acres within the permit boundary.
The renewal operation is approximately 0.35 miles east of KY 26 Jct with KY 6 and located 0.65 miles east of the confluence of Eaton Branch with Lynn Camp Creek.
The operation is located on the Corbin KY 7½ minute quadrangle map. The surface area to be disturbed is owned by General Shale Brick, Inc, 3015 Bristol Highway, Johnson City, TN 37601.
The application has been filed for public inspection at the Department for Natural Resources, Middlesboro Regional Office, 1804 East Cumberland Avenue, Middlesboro, Kentucky 40965‐1229.
