Leslie Wayne Reeves was born to the late Alfred and Nona Reeves on November 15, 1954 in Rockholds Kentucky. He passed on July 10, 2025 in Rockholds, coming full circle.
Les joined the Air Force as a young man and retired after having served his country for 20 years. During his time in the military he traveled worldwide and was deployed to support operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm and the Liberation of Kuwait.
He had a passion for bass fishing and many a cast was thrown searching for a tournament win or at least the lunker pot.
In addition to his parents, he is predeceased by his brothers, Charles, Michael, Bobby, and Marvin Reeves; and a sister, Clara Inman.
Survivors include his son, Charles Reeves; and daughter, Summer Reeves; brother, Clarence Reeves; sister, Rosa Brown; his fishing buddies, Clinton Brown, and Alexis Brown; and numerous nieces and nephews.
The family will have a private military service at a later date.
Croley Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
