Lily man indicted on arson, wanton endangerment charges

A Lily man has been indicted on charges of arson and wanton endangerment for allegedly setting fire to a residence with three people inside.

Fifty-four-year-old Robert Leroy Brummett was indicted Friday on one count of first-degree arson and three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment for allegedly setting fire to Harold Carter’s residence on R. Carter Lane off of Ky. 552. on June 26.
