Local man arrested Sunday had caused disturbance at same apartment complex 3 months ago

One day after his arrest on multiple charges at the Budgett Inn in Williamsburg, a man received a 12-month jail sentence for a prior incident that took place outside the Budgett Inn nearly three months ago.
