Local students make Dean’s lists

Belmont University 

Belmont University has announced one local recipient of the Dean’s List for the Fall 2025 semester.

The local recipient on the Fall 2025 Dean’s List is Haley Carr of Corbin, out of approximately 55 percent of the University’s 6,934 undergraduate students who qualified.

Dean’s List eligibility is based on a minimum course load of 12 hours and a quality grade-point average of 3.5, with no grade below C.

Midway University

Midway University has announced one local recipient of the Dean’s List for the Fall 2025 semester.

The local recipient on the Fall 2025 Dean’s List is Cali Nugent of Williamsburg, out of 446 students.

To achieve Dean’s List honors, a student must be classified full-time and obtain a 3.60 grade point average for the semester.

Southern New Hampshire University

Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) has announced two local recipients of the Dean’s List for the Fall 2025 semester.

The two local recipients who made the Fall 2025 Dean’s List are Quentin Perry and Zoey Hilton of Williamsburg.

To achieve Dean’s List honors, a student must have earned a minimum grade-point average of 3.500 to 3.699 for the reporting term.

Lindsey Wilson University

Lindsey Wilson University (LWU) has announced three local recipients of the Dean’s List for the Fall 2025 semester.

The three local recipients who made the Fall 2025 Dean’s List are Christopher Claypoole and Keaton Smith from Corbin and Madison Taylor from Williamsburg.

To achieve Dean’s List honors, a student must have earned a grade point average of 3.50 or higher on a 4.00 scale for the reporting term and be in good academic standing for the semester.

Lincoln Memorial University (LMU) has announced four local recipients of the Dean’s List for the Fall 2025 semester.

The four local recipients who made the Fall 2025 Dean’s List are Erica Gray, Haylee Stancil, Kallie Housley, and Madison Moore of Corbin.

To achieve President’s List honors, a student must achieve a 3.5 or higher grade-point average for the semester and be a full-time undergraduate.
