Louisville man accused of assault with feces

A Louisville man is in the Whitley County Detention Center following his arrest Friday night for allegedly attempting to rub his feces on hospital staff, knowing he was positive for Hepatitis.

Richard Kilgore is charged with third–degree assault on emergency personnel.
