Joel and Taruah Lowe of Corbin, would like to announce the engagement and forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Michelle Nichole Lowe, to Joshua Caleb Snell.
Michelle is the granddaughter of Laymon and Naomi Lowe of Corbin and Edward and Elaine Johnson of Somerset. Michelle is a 2007 graduate of Corbin High School and is currently attending Kentucky Christian University in Grayson, Ky., where she is majoring in music education and a starting player for the Lady Knights volleyball team. After graduation, the bride would like to teach grade school music.
Joshua is the son of James Snell of Erlanger, Ky. and Barry and Peggy Winkle of Owenton, Ky. He is the grandson of George Runkle of Prescott Valley, Ariz. and Eugene and Christine Winkle of Owenton. Joshua is a 2006 graduate of Owenton County High School and is currently serving our country as an active member of the U.S. Marine Corp.
The wedding ceremony will take place on Saturday, October 24 at 2 p.m. at Community Christian Church in London, Ky. Friends and family are invited to attend.
After a honeymoon in Gatlinburg, the couple will reside in Jacksonville, N.C.
