Man charged with vehicular homicide claims he was not the one behind the wheel

A London man, who continues to be held in the Whitley County Detention Center in connection with a Sept. 3 fatal crash in Corbin, has told police that he wasn’t driving the vehicle when the accident occurred, and that a third party was there and left the accident scene.

However, Corbin Police dispute this claim noting that it would have been impossible for three people to have been inside the vehicle when it crashed, according to a News Journal review of court documents.
