Marvin C. Harmon, 65, of Corbin, passed away on Friday April 14, 2017 at the University of Louisville Hospital.

He was retired from the US Air Force as a missile maintenance technician and had served in Vietnam.
Marvin loved golf, motorcycling, playing guitar, reading, and spending time with his family, and he was a Methodist.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Everett and Bessie Clark Harmon; siblings, Frieda Mullins, Faye Eagle, Orville Harmon, and Vina Smith.

Marvin is survived by his wife, Denise Harmon; children, Joshua Harmon, Eryn Harmon, and Bradley Harmon; five grandchildren, Patrick, Jenelle, Joshua, Addylin, and Jake Harmon; sisters and brothers; Doris Larimer, Patricia Martin, Brenda Thornberry, Della Jones, Ricky, Charles, Bill, and Ronnie Harmon, nine nieces, five nephews, and countless friends.

The funeral service for Marvin Harmon was held on Tuesday April 18, at the Vankirk-Grisell Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Frost officiating.

Burial followed with military honors by Keavy DAV.
