Daryl Wayne Farris, 59, of Rosetown Church Road, Corbin, departed this life on Monday, April 17, 2017 at the University of Kentucky Medical Center in Lexington.
He was born on September 19, 1957 in Covington, to the late Edward Farris and Ella Mae Phelps Farris.
He is survived by his loving wife, Sharon Angel Farris of Corbin; three children, Darylalen Farris of Corbin, Bridget Bryant of Williamsburg and Brandon Farris of Kansas; two grandchildren, Dalton Bryant and Lillian Farris; his sisters and brothers, James E. and Faye Farris of Corbin, JoEllen and Charles Norton of New Palestine, IN, Patty and Paul Hutson of New Palestine, IN, Johnny and Laura Farris of Corbin, Judy and John Lester of New Palestine, IN, and Sondra and Paul Seitz of Greenfield, IN; many nieces and nephews; and a host of family and friends to mourn his passing.
Visitation will after 6 p.m. Wednesday, April 19, at Croley Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, April 20, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Scotty Nix officiating.
Following the service he will be laid to rest the Young Cemetery.
