Mary Elizabeth Perkins

Mary Elizabeth Perkins, age 89, of Williamsburg, KY, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2022 at Baptist Health Corbin.
She was born August 19, 1932 in Whitley County, KY to the late Silas and Elizabeth McFarland Cox.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by a grandson; Roy Lee Perkins, two sisters; Sally Mae Shupe, Dorothy Perkins, three brothers; Burt Cox, Clarence Cox, and Junior Cox.
She is survived by her husband; Robert Perkins of Williamsburg, KY, three sons; Roy Perkins of Williamsburg, KY, Tommy Perkins (Debbie) of Williamsburg, KY, Daniel Perkins (Linda) of Williamsburg, KY, six grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren, one brother; Paul Cox of Cleveland, TN, several nieces, nephews, and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral service was Friday, March 11, at Maple Creek Baptist Church with Rev. Bill Meadors and Rev. Curtis Vanover officiating.
Interment was in Maple Creek Cemetery.
