A small celebration was held Monday morning at Corbin Health & Rehabilitation Center, where Corbin Mayor Suzie Razmus signed a proclamation recognizing May 8 through May 14 as National Skilled Nursing Care Week. After the proclamation signing, staff and residents released balloons to celebrate.
