Medical malpractice suit against CRCCC goes federal

A medical malpractice and negligence lawsuit filed against Cumberland River Comprehensive Care Center concerning a patient who died of pneumonia is moving to federal court.

A notice of removal, moving the case from Whitley Circuit Court to U.S. District Court in London, was filed last week by Assistant U.S. Attorney Tiffany K. Fleming.
