Michael “Mike” Moses

Michael “Mike” Moses, age 56, passed away Saturday, January 3, 2026, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.
He was born November 11, 1969, in Corbin, Kentucky.
Mike is preceded in death by his father, William Isom Moses; stepfather, Rev. Billy Joe Lowe; brothers, Joseph “Joe” Moses, and Randy Moses.
He is survived by his wife, Janet (Perkins) Moses; daughter, Charity Douglas and husband Brad; grandchildren, Rhett and Kane Douglas; mother, Geneva (Veach) Lowe; stepsister, Rebecca Lowe; stepbrother, Billy Joe Lowe, Jr.; special friend, Kevin McGhee; nieces, Trinity Moses, Ashley Moses (Shannon), Danielle Watson (Jason); nephews, Joseph Moses (Jerrica), Dylan Johnson (Tracy), Ian and Avery Perkins; and a host of friends and family to mourn his passing.
Funeral service was Tuesday, January 6, at Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Josh Bowman and Bro. Brandon Bowlin officiating.
Burial was Wednesday, January 7, in Douglas Cemetery in the Wooldridge community.
