Mildred Loretta (York) Vandergriff

Mrs. Mildred Loretta (York) Vandergriff, age 82, of Jacksboro, Tennessee, passed away Thursday, October 22, 2026, at U.T. Medical Center. She was born January 31, 1944, in Middlesboro, Kentucky.
Loretta was preceded in death by her husband, Steven Roscoe Vandergriff; parents, Frank York and Sarah (Hyden) York; brothers, Shelby York, Sherman York, William York, James Cornelius York and Charles York; and sister, Georgia (York) Cox.
She is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, friends and family to mourn her passing.
Funeral services were held Sunday, October 25 at the Harp Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Orville Petrey and Bro. Walter Washam officiating.
Burial followed in Campbell Memorial Gardens in Lafollette, Tennessee.
