Mildred Louise Freeman, 67, of Becks Creek Road, Williamsburg, departed this life on Monday, August 6, 2018 at her home.

She was born on February 19, 1951 to the late Alvis Preston Edmonds and Nancy (Croley) Edmonds.

In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, David Freeman and nine brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her two daughters, Connie Bowlin and Lisa Peace, both of Williamsburg; two sons, Donnie Bowlin (Missy) and Rodney Bowlin (Elizabeth), both of Williamsburg; grandchildren, Miranda Peace, Dalton Peace, Madison Peace, Taylor Bowlin, Tyler Bowlin, Tara Bowlin, Tiffany Bowlin, Donnie Bowlin, Jr., Ryan Bowlin, Heather Bowlin, Rodney Bowlin, Jr., Justin Bowlin, Justin Bowlin, Jessiemae McCullah, Hayden Bowlin, Emma Bowlin, Ashley Hatfield, Aaron Shelley, Kayleigh Hoes, Josh Timmins, and Amber Anderson; 22 great grandchildren; two sisters, Joyce Silcox of Toledo, OH and Allie Bowlin of Williamsburg; several nieces and nephews; and a host of other family and friends to mourn her passing.

The funeral service was held Thursday, August 9, at the Croley Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Larry Waddell and Rev. Brian West officiating.

Following the service she was laid to rest in the Highland Cemetery.
