Nancy E. Barnhill

Nancy E. Barnhill, age 75 of Williamsburg, Ky., passed away Thursday, July 25, 2024 at her home.
She was born May 26, 1949 in Whitley County, Ky. to the late Woodrow Sr. and Gladys Marie Cox Thomas.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Lee Barnhill; stepson, Ricky Lee Barnhill; three brothers, Frankie Thomas, Woodrow Thomas Jr., and Billy Joe Thomas; and a special aunt, Jessie Smith.
She is survived by three children, Nychella Young, Paula Young and Everett Young all of Williamsburg, Ky; 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Shirley Roth and Rosa Ty; three brothers, Bob Thomas, Bruce Thomas and Tommy Thomas; and several nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, July 31, at Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Tommy Ayers officiating.
Interment will be in the Maple Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6:00 pm on Tuesday, July 30, at the funeral home.
