News Journal debuts new website

“It is an exciting time for the News Journal,” said Publisher Jennifer K. Perkins. “The purpose of the new site, and everything we do here at the newspaper, is to better serve our community.”

Although the look and functionality of the site will be different, readers can still find it at the same URL as before – thenewsjournal.net.

“We are thrilled to be able to offer News Journal readers a much better experience when they log onto our website,” said Managing Editor Mark White.

The News Journal will pause subscription sign-ups at 4 p.m. on Friday. Sign-ups will resume at noon on Saturday.

Readers with subscriptions should not see an interruption in their service, but if you do experience difficulties, please do not hesitate to contact the News Journal at (606) 528-9767.
