Nora Mae Walker

Nora Mae Walker, age 78, of Williamsburg, KY, passed away Friday, July 8, 2022 at Baptist Health Corbin.
She was born August 17, 1943 in McCreary County, KY. to the late William L. and Nellie Cox Hamlin Stephens.
Along with her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond J. Walker; four brothers, Elmer (Marie) Hamlin, Roy W. Hamlin, Archie Hamlin (Elsie), and Ray D. Hamlin; and two sisters, Ruby Gilreath and Reba Anderson (Boyd).
She is survived by three children, Keith (Kim) Walker, Anita (Marvin) Baker, Sandy (Scott) Moore all of Williamsburg, KY; three grandchildren, Heather Moore Harms of Williamsburg, KY, Morgan Walker of Richmond, KY, Bradley Moore of Williamsburg, KY; five great-grandchildren, Colton Harms, Caroline Harms, Cayden Harms, Liam Lewis, and Donnie Ray Moore all of Williamsburg, KY; one sister, Pernia Lay (Algia) of Pine Knot, KY; two sisters-in-law, Ruby Hamlin and Pat Hamlin; several nieces, nephews and a host of relatives and friends to mourn her passing.
Funeral service will be at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, July 13, at Ellison Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Vernon Jones officiating. Interment will be in the Raymond J. Walker Cemetery.
Visitation will be at 6:00 pm on Tuesday, July 12, at the funeral home.
