Opal Carlee Partin

Date:

Opal Carlee Partin, born on August 23, 1940 in Clairfield, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2024, in Williamsburg, Kentucky.
A beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, Carlee touched many lives with her warmth, kindness, and the joy she found in simple pleasures. She was a woman of faith, a member of the Boston Missionary Baptist Church, and her life was a testament to the words of Mother Teresa, “Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.”
Carlee was a devoted homemaker who found happiness in nurturing others. She loved baking and sewing, always ready with a homemade treat or a hand-sewn gift. She was happiest when surrounded by her family, cherishing every moment spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Carlee is survived by her sons, Mark (Gwen) Partin, David (Connie) Partin, and Dennis (Terina) Partin; her daughter, Linda Conlin; her grandchildren, Christopher Partin, Joshua Partin, Kara Rapozo, Haley Schmidt, Makayla Burke, Tristin Burke, Brandon Conlin, Carrisa Conlin, and Samantha Conlin; and her great-grandchildren, Alex, Zachary, Joseph, Kate, Braylinn, Asher, Ayden, and Waylon. She is also survived by her sister, Wanda Collins; her nephew, Bryan Whited; and a host of special family members and friends who will miss her dearly.
Carlee was preceded in death by her parents, Pat Collins and Faye Fields; her husband, Leon Partin; her daughter; Tracy Partin; her grandson, Bradley Partin; her granddaughter, Melissa Doyle; and her brother, Wayne Fields.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 7, from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Croley Funeral Home, located at 103 South 2nd Street, Williamsburg, Kentucky. The funeral service will follow at the same venue at 6:00 pm.
A graveside service will take place on Friday, November 8, at 11:00 AM at Lot Cemetery in Williamsburg.
We invite all who knew and loved Carlee to honor her memory by sharing stories, photos, and cherished moments on her memorial page. Your contributions will serve as a treasured reminder of the love and joy Carlee brought into our lives.
