Owners of natural gas company named in federal indictment for fraudulent activities

Two owners of a regional natural gas company were named in federal indictment earlier this month for allegedly manipulating meters to charge for gas that was never received, and one of the two has since pleaded guilty in exchange for an agreement with prosecutors.
