Patricia Freshour and Roger Smith would like to announce their engagement and upcoming wedding.
Patricia is the daughter of Archie and Jackie Carter of Flat Creek. She is employed at the health department.
Roger is the son of Andy and Jo Bowlin of Saxton. He works for Crudewell Drilling.
The couple will be wed on April 29, 2006 at Indian Mountain State Park in Jellico, TN.
